Just got xoom yesterday!

Hello peoples, just got my xoom yesterday and have spent many hours..... organizing/playing/tweaking it to what I want. Probably done what every one else does and added loads of app then gone back today and deleted many of them as they are not required. I found this forum as I was looking for the Best app and games for the Xoom, I am not a person who uses a mobile phone although I am geek for gadgets. The xoom is wonderful, I played with an ipad2 and compared it to this but the Xoom seemed "better", more customisable and play able with. I now have a problem though, my wife hates computers and has never had a want to learn.... until yesterday, I put the Xoom down to go bathroom and when I returned she was playing with a smile on her face, she had picked it up and activated the CNN news app and was flying through the videos and stories, l could not believe it, my wife using a computer! Her comment was "it is touchy feely" hee hee. Now I am lucky if I get it to myself, might have to buy another for her lol.
Anyway I am 45 and love the Xoom. Nuff said

Thanks for the write up and introduction! I'm considering the Xoom as well. I never thought about getting a tablet until I played with my cousin's iPad 1. Loved it. But as I research, I'm leaning toward a Xoom, mostly because of flash and Android OS.

Let me know how you like it as time goes by.
