A anon(5990673) Well-known member Apr 23, 2017 83 0 0 Oct 13, 2019 #2 Hey, Try installing Samsung Smart switch on the old note 4 and then update the Note 10+ smart switch app to the latest version. Use the provided usb cable and micro usb adaptor to transfer data to the new note 10+
