Just Ordered Pixel 2 XL!

Hey! I'm Jonathan.
I just ordered the best phone on the market and could not be more excited I know there's a pixel 3 coming out on this year, but I couldn't take the staleness of my iphone 7+ anymore. Happy birthday to me right?

Do you guys and gals have any suggestions for the pixel when I get it?
My first download will be textra, I miss it dearly!

Does anyone know of good earphones similar to apple's earpods for the pixel?
I do like the call and music quality of them.

Are you going to use the buds for exercising or just general music listening and phone calls?

For the latter - I really like my Zolo Liberty+ which are also OK for the former as long as it's not strenuous (I'm having trouble getting the right fit for them to not fall out but for walking they should be fine). One nice part of them is that you can use only one bud for phone calls (but it has to be the one for the right ear).

There are certainly other options.

Congratulations on getting this amazing phone. It is worlds better than ios and the iPhone. My 6s is on ios 11.3 beta and even the .3 incremement is dreadful.

You should be able to use earpods with the pixel, but Google do their own buds. Me, I am a Bose girl personally.

I also suggest a slim fit case like the spigen slim fit. There is a thread on the best cases.

Finally, I like the stock google apps, including allo and duo. Pixel launcher is quite lovely to use as well. And don't forget Tapatalk for your forums.
