Just rooted and installed ROM Manager - now stuck

Hello all. I finally jumped in with both feet and rooted.

-Rooted using Unrevoked
- Backed up Apps and data
- Did Nandroid Backup
- Installed ROM Manager and chose CM6
- Checked yes to install Gapps and wipe, etc
- now I'm at boot screen

What do I do next? I read and watched Youtube... but still stuck. Should I go into bootloader to flash the ROM?

Phone vitals:
Hardware version 0003
Build # 3.70.651.1
Software: 3.70.651.1
HBoot: 2.10.0001

I've tried to flash CM 6 stable again and each time, it just goes to the boot screen. I even tried to boot into recovery. I thought that the phone would wipe, etc, but it does nothing. I'm afraid to choose the wrong option. Any help would be appreciated!

Nevermind... found the steps I needed.

Nevermind... found the steps I needed.

Need to wipe before flashing. Don't forget wipe data, cache, dalvik. Flash radios after flashing ROM.
