Just rooted, now how do i get rid of crap apps?

So I just did the temporary root form z4root and my phone is still exactly the same. I mainly wanted to uninstall all the useles apps that came with my phone from verizon but if i go to managa applications i still cant uninstall them. Is here a special app i can get now that I am rooted to do this?

Nevermind, just going to install the latest version of fission and see how i like it

you can use root explorer and just delete them form your System/App/ folder.

I would suggest getting titanium backup and just freezing them if your not going to ROM your device.
