Just updated my HTC, now I can't unlock it. Any ideas?

Just updated my HTC, now I cant unlock it.

I typed in the pincode to unlock the SIM, but it seems like the keypad isn't working or responding. If I try to restart, it shows the 3 options, but can't choose any. The return button does work. Buttons on the side do seem to bee responding.

So can't restart or type in pin to open the phone. Any ideas?

Press Power until the phone shuts down. Then try booting into Recovery for a Cache Partition wipe.

Since it's due to the update, it's the carrier's liability. Bring it to them and ask them to please fix or replace it (and recover your data if they have to replace it).
