Just wanted to share this...

So this morning, I dropped my girlfriend off to work and I had to gas up and I wanted to grab some quick breakfast. I go to dunkin donuts to do just that. I got out of the car, threw my nexus 7 into my back pocket, go in, order my stuff and go have a seat. There was no WiFi here, so I pulled out my nexus and just started reading a book(Mockingjay...don't judge me Lol), while I ate and drank my coffee. When I was done, I got up..threw my nexus back into my back pocket and went about my day.

So i guess to make a long story long...I say all this to say, I love the size and form factor of this thing. I was able to read and eat without my device feeling intrusive or drawing too much attention to myself. That was an issue I had when I was using an iPad. Not an amazing story, but I just wanted to share it. Lol.

U make a good point. I think they might be putting it into their stores, slowly but surely. I've been to one with WiFi before. This particular one, and the one near my house, doesn't have WiFi.

actually there is one Dunkin Donuts in my area which has WiFi. I just wish they were all on board with this like Starbucks.

Most of the DDs in Massachusetts have wifi. It is the home of DD. I'm sure other regions will get it soon. I'm finding it hard not to find a place without wifi. Most of the supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, etc have wifi. Strangely, the big stores like Target and Walmart do not and also block out cell signals.

I live in the Boston area, and I haven't been into a DD that didn't have WiFi......also all the McDonalds in this area have WiFi as well.

Post was quite the metaphorical page-turner!

Mainly because I just got home from church, where I thoroughly enjoy the e-bibley goodness of my Nexus 7, and was thinking about having it crushed in a pocket-sitting fiasco *shudders*

After my sister saw how convenient it was, stuck it in her cargo pocket, and began contemplating about hanging up her tf101 for a N-7. Of course the rapid chain-reaction of interest snagged my fiance's parents and my mom... If only Google gave you incentives to spread the word....

Even with a thick, zippered kindle Case Logic case from Walmart it fit any my cargo pant pocket
