With the new Xperia Play joining the verizon family with a stock 100% google 2.3 what possibilites can you dev's see opening up for a new rom based off that with all the PS crap removed?

That's depressing. Figured maybe someone could part it out and patchwork a decent working stock build.

Probably could, but with everything that's happened with PS3 hacking and the subsequent lawsuits and such, i wouldn't do it even if i had the knowledge.
