jvc kwm730bt with Samsung S9+ - Cannot get Android Auto working.

[Android Central Question]

I have tried many cables, turning on dev mode and trying the USB Debugging.

When I try to connect, the phone is bluetooth and USB connected, USB after the headunit turns on. Than after plugging in USB, it will say on the radio to "follow the instructions on the phone"

Am at a lost at this point what to try.
