karbonn a1+ softbricked complete wipeout rom how can i get back my phone

My karbonn a1+ is rooted after i want install Kitkat rom but unfortunately i wipeout all the data and i install kitkat rom through rom manager cwm recovery but its install and shows adb sideload failed....its cant reboot only karbonn logo appears and struck
