Kate Spade Charging Case not working

I just got a Kate Spade charging case for my Galaxy s5 and it will not work. It is the type where you remove your original battery, insert the battery that is attached to the case, and then put the original battery in the slot on the back of the case. My phone said that it couldn't charge because it is not the original battery. What can I do to override this so I can use my new charging case?

The message you are receiving is a safety message to prevent the increasing number of fatal accidents worldwide where 3rd party batteries and/or chargers have caused a number of deaths and fires. Perhaps the Kate Spade battery is faulty and since this is a 3rd party accessory, you should contact the manufacturer directly or return it under warranty.
