Keep battery charged at 100%

Is there a way to keep my phone from staying at 100% charged when plugged in? I notice after it charges it starts to go down unless I unplug and plug it back in.

It just goes down to 95 then back up again, don't worry about it. Just its attempt not to fry the battery.

This is the main reason I left the 'Battery Charged' pop-up enabled. If, for example, I'm @ 96% I'd like to know if it is still charging up or has already charged up and is now going down.
