Keep Firestick 4K alive

I tried these commands to keep the firestick alive but it seems the newer sticks do not respond to these adb programming commands.
I used

settings put system screen_off_timeout 2147460000
settings put secure sleep_timeout 0

I double checked with the get command to verify it was written to the stick, and it was.
I rebooted the stick and it still shuts off after about 4 minutes of the TV being turned off.

I also used the stay alive program and that does not seem to help. Does anyone know if the newer sticks can be kept from sleeping as I am running TiviMate that has great recording features but I cannot take advantage of it when the tv is turned of?

To stop it from going to sleep. I want to keep the program TiviMate running while the tv is off.
