Keep getting a smart lock

Since yesterday I will pick up my phone and notice a notification with a lock. It's some setting page for setting up smart lock. I never set this up or used it. Why am I seeing it now?

Go to Settings>Security>Trust Agents, and turn off Smart Lock. That should get rid of the notification. Not sure why it's popping up. I use Smart Lock, and I see that pop up when I pair a new Bluetooth device, because it's letting me know that a new device is available as a Trusted Device, if I want it.

Trying to remember if I was near a Bluetooth device. I don't normally use Bluetooth for anything. Weird

Under advanced,Trust agents and smart lock are greyed out and I can't click either

What happens if you go to Settings>Security>Clear Credentials​?

I haven't had any problems since I left my friend's house.. It might have been trying to talk to her sound system.. I never have my Bluetooth on tho..
