My phone GPS is set to High Accuracy and it keeps losing its location. Google Maps constantly attempt to reroute as that happens. Pretty frequent behavior with my NEX 8100
The 8100 has nav built in and should be getting gps info from an antenna plugged into the unit. Android Auto will make use of that location info from the head unit instead of the phone.
