You have to create a blank file. and name it .nomedia. The easiest way to do this is to open a new word processing document. Leave it blank, but save it as .nomedia. Don't leave the native extension on it, i.e. .nomedia.doc. Make sure to take off the native extension. Copy that file into the folder on your phone where your ringtones are located. You might need to copy the .nomedia file into other folders where you have games located. Sometimes the sound tracks from games will play like your ringtones are now.
