I am having an issue with my battery and wanted to ask if it was the norm? I had a battery problem last week and decided to flash the new radios to see if that was the case. It didn't seem to help. So I flashed Tiamat 4.0.5 SBC kernel yesterday after whiping the correct info, flashing, etc. Everything went smooth. I am running latest stable build of CM7.

I charged the phone to 100% (and about 30-40 min more) and then wiped battery stats. Drained the phone all the way until it died last night. I put on the charger before bed and let it charge all night. I woke up at 630am and it was 100%. It is now 930am (3 hours later) and I am down to 40% battery. I have not used my phone at all this morning. No texts, emails, calls, web, anything. Is this the norm? I have good 4G coverage in the area, so I am not sure what the problem is.

I am attaching a screenshot of the battery usage.

I have been having the same issue. I have read on other forums that you need to give the kernal time to "settle," roughly one to two full days, but i still dont see the amazing battery life with the Tiamat 4.0.5. I dont have the SBC version though. I might have to give Savaged zen a try after one more day.:-\

I have had problems with this myself and can’t seem to find the right fix yet. I have reset battery stats multiple times and can’t get the battery to last longer. I have uninstalled most of my apps and gone with bare minimum amount of apps installed and no difference. Installed new radio pack etc etc… I can’t seem to find a better solution than to buy one of these Amazon.com: Seidio SURFACE EXTENDED Case for HTC EVO - Black [1 Pack] [Retail Packaging]: Cell Phones & Accessories . I hate to do that though because I just got a new otterbox defender case and would hate to not get any use outta it. Anyone with the fix to this would be my hero for the day! ;-)

If you using cm7 stable, you should be using nothing higher than tiamat 4.0.1 anything higher than that goes with gingerbread 2.3.4 which is fine if you are on the nightlies but stable is based on 2.3.3
