Keyboard always going back to default one (Samsung S5)

I have a Galaxy S5 Neo and have been using Swype keyboard for years.

Now, it doesn't stay. It's all the time showing the default Samsung keyboard and I have to manually choose the Swype once and again.

Of course I have uninstalled and reinstalled Swype, deleted cache in the Samsung one, chosen Swype carefully in the Settings, etc. I have even wiped cache from the recovery menu.

Any idea on how to fix this extremely annoying problem?

I'm not sure why it's changing this on its own. However, you should try clearing the device cache tobseebif that fixes this problem.
