Keyboard freezing

Hey guys,

Apologies if this has been posted before, but I've been searching the net for a while and can't find anything to help.

Both on my s6 and my dad's s6 our keyboards are freezing randomly. It will not type and will stay on the screen (even on home screen etc) until the device is locked and unlocked and sometimes it has to be restarted. I am using Google keyboard and dad is Swiftkey so its unlikely to be the actual keyboard app.

Has anyone heard of these problems before? Or any potential fixes?

You know, u use SwiftKey and have the same issue. Randomly, the keyboard is leggy and/or freezes. The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall it.
Maybe it is happening when they send usage stats to NSA? LOL

This is so frustrating because I also have the same problem all the time. I even did factory reset and still happens. Has anyone got an answer to this?
