Keyboard Manager

I have Keyboard Manager on a rooted Motorola Droid Bionic. I use it so that I can use Swype in portrait mode and Swiftkeys 3 in landscape. Suddenly, every time I change orientation on the phone, I get a window that tells me "Keyboard Manager has been granted superuser permissions." It's driving me crazy, and it's slowing down the phone. Has anyone else discovered this problem? Does anyone know how to make it stop?

Go into superuser and turn off the notifications.
