i'm coming from an older S5 with an OS i never updated, so it still has the keyboard with the long press shortcuts (not text replacement, which is a completely different feature). so i programmed my number keys for various passwords i got tired of typing manually. i loved that feature.
with my S8 i see they got rid of it. text replacement is still there, but it doesn't work in password fields on forms. i need something like the original keyboard shortcuts where you long press a key, and it's programmed to type out your preprogrammed text.
is there any other keyboards that have this feature? i looked in the play store, and couldn't find anything.
