Keyboard too small horizontally

Is there a way to get the keyboard to stretch across the entire screen in portrait mode without making it taller vertically?

Can you post a screen shot what you are referring to? Although I use Swiftkey Keyboard, which is must have app.

Yes! I make mine super duper small!

settings/language & keyboard, scroll down to "keyboard & input methods" hit LG Keyboad (I'm assuming you're using) and then under General tap Keyboard height and layout.


**EDIT** oops. looks like there's a no go for that, sorry I have the google keyboard and you can stretch it if ya wanna....

**ANOTHER EDIT** my bad, you're talking about landscape- follw the directions above, and then hit "Keyboard type in landscape"

No. I typed on the one in store and stock keyboard was as i described in all the demo models in 3 different stores
