keyboard woes

I don't know what it is, but no matter how hard I try, or which keyboard I use, I feel like I am much less accurate with this device compared to my droid 3.

I'm starting to lean towards the fact that the droid 3 keyboard seem to be more visually legible for me, and I'm able to be more accurate as the definition between keys seems to be sharper (I'm not talking about the physical keyboard here).

Perhaps it has something to do with the size of this device as well.

Anyone else finding they cannot be as accurate as they were on their previous device?

I use SwitftKeys X and I feel just as accurate as I did on my Nexus S.

Looks like most people are either using stock, Swiftkey X (+1 from me) or Swype according to older threads in this forum.

I found that I was better than with my Droid X. Of course I am now back to using Swiftkey X because I found the lag while typing landscape was getting annoying.

STOCK ! And i made the vibration really strong it feels great typing on my keyboard . Hope that doesnt effect my battery life but i have no complains. Last from about 7 AM-8PM untill it tells me to plug in. Which includes tweeting and texting few calls and such.

Anyone know If there's a port of moto's keyboard that works on ICS? That's one of the better android keyboards.

Nope, it was never ported to other devices past 2.2. Wasn't ever even a working version for other 2.3 devices.

That sucks. Got a RAZR off eBay to play around with for a bit, and I type about 50% faster because of that keyboard.

I am way better on this keyboard than I was on my og droid or swype. I love the ICS stock keyboard.
