keybroad picture to text

After watching a video on YouTube, I saw a guy press and hold the mic icon on the keybroad and a camera icon came up. It was used to take a picture of text and input it in. I don't have that option is it removed or can I turn it on?

I have it. I think you should 1st install "optical reader" offered by samsung
