Seems like blackberry is off to a great start with this device. Went to Best Buy to pick one up for my wife and they are sold out! When do BB phones sell out? LOL

I have checked both best buy and Amazon websites and both sold out.

I suspect that retailers limited their initial orders to minimize the chance of getting stuck with inventory that didn't sell. BlackBerry's recent record probably hasn't done much to bolster the confidence of retailers. They'll probably place numerous small orders until they see if KEYone really has legs.

In 2017, that's when Blackberry devices started to sell out again haha. I was actually watching the site just to see when the 'temporarily sold out' notice was going to go up. The CDMA variant actually sold out first which is a pretty good sign 😃

Hopefully they have some stock soon, especially while people are ready to push that buy button!

I am assume they were not ready but just cranked a few out so they didn't miss their 5/31 launch date

Amazons web site says it will be back in stock in 1 to 2 months. This can't be true!

Ouch, that seems a little longer than expected. Maybe it's just a placeholder for the worst case scenario. Crossing fingers it will be updated to say 2 - 3 weeks. 😃 The people want to buy! Don't make us wait up to 2 months now lol.

Very few people will be willing to wait 1 to 2 months. The excitement will have worn off and moved to something else.

seeing too many complainints about the keyone over at crackberry hopefully blackberry gets the issues ironed out.

yup, I was going to swing by Best Buy to see if I lucked into one, but seeing as few people on CrackBerry that actually got one, and we still see issues about defective items, makes me nervous

To be honest, CB does complain a fair amount which is why I moved here. You must remember that potentially 200,00+ people purchased a KEYᵒⁿᵉ in the past few days and only the ones who had problems made a post about it. 😃

If you take the Priv for example, a lot of people were saying the back panel flexes, it over heats, the keyboard isn't great but I have no issues with anything on mine. So what I'm trying to say is, don't be turned off because of what a couple people have said :)

Get one if you want one. I'm sure you can take it back after 10 days or something like that if you don't like it.

I went to my Best Buy to check and they looked in their system and they said there were none in a 2 state area

Or maybe they had to halt production and fix issues.

What a great happenstance for BlackBerry! I loved my BlackBerry phones! Really hope they do well this year. The KEYone looks great!

First time I have ever heard about a screen coming off on any device. That's very weird. I'm sure it was just a bad factory defect and normally that wouldn't happen 😃

I've literally dropped previous Blackberry devices down a flight of stairs and it's survived with minor scratches. Hopefully we don't hear about this again.

You bet certain individuals are trying hard to censor this.

I ordered from Amazon. Says estimated to ship from June 28/July 18. Hopefully it will be here by the end of the month. I have no problem waiting though.
