Keypad not responding to incoming calls on Samsung S3.

For some reason my keypad will not respond manually to incoming calls. Works fine manually sending calls. SVoice has been disabled. Call settings OK. Suspect some overriding app. Could it be Viber? Very frustrating for first time android user. Used to love my old Nokia E71.

Welcome to the forums!!!
You can try to uninstall all apps and see if it fixes it. If it does, then slowly add apps in groups til you can figure out which one is the culprit.
