Keypad problem

[AC Question]

I can't use keypad to enter the option when I call voicemail. And I can't call international call because of not press number on keypad. Can you guy help me?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Settings, and check the Call Settings for a DTMF option. Make sure it's set to "Long."
