keys will not vibrate when pushed

Just got my Droid Razr. I set the settings by checking Haptic feedback. I also set keyboard settings to "vibrate on keypress". However the keys are not vibrating when pressed. Does anybody have a solution to this? Thanks.

Mine cuts in and out. On a scale of 1 to 10, its prolly a 3. Im sure it will get addressed in what ever update comes for the razr. This is by far a perfect phone for me.

I've actually tested this. Mine works with in a darker environment then once light hits the screen it doesn't vibrate when typing. I tested it by turning on and off the light in my office... wtf?
