KG G2 after OTA to android 4.4.2 wifi flash

After I had the OTA update for android 4.4.2. The wifi button at the notification bar keep flashing.
At the WIFI setting it say Turning ON wifi... and I can't turn in off or on. It simply stuck on this state.
Reset to the phone solve the problem, but it wifi problem come back.

I'm not rooted.

Any idea how to solve this?

You did the right thing. A reset for a new update is always preferred.
It shouldn't come back. Mostly happens when people update their OS.

Mine does the same thing with Bluetooth, although I'm still on JellyBean. Only way to solve it is a reboot. The phone restarts so quickly that I can't say it bothers me too much though.
