Kies 3 and Outlook, can anyone sync with Kies 3???

Samsung is useless at getting this major issue resolved. I keep getting a message "outlook is not my default mail client" and I can not sync.

Love the phone, but without being able to use it for my job, its virtually useless.

P.S. android 4.3 Note 3 with Kies 3 (latest version) Outlook 2010

I do not see Outlook 2010 in the list of apps in the Play Store.

Try VCOrganizer. I've been using it for sometime now and have found that it syncs with Outlook all the way back to version 2007. It works great.

Outlook 2010 is a Windows program that most business people use for contact management. Its not an app. Kies is the the app that is supposed to allow it to sync with each other.
