Kies Does Not Recognize My S3

When I open up Kies I get the following message: "This device is not supported by Kies 2.0. Make sure your device is supported and try again." I end up having to uninstall and reinstall Kies. Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

I have the same problem with the updated new version. Just uninstall the old version and re-install and it should work. Make sure you get the new down load from Samsung Kies site and it should work. Yes it a pain in the butt.
