KIES not supporting

Not sure if it was the OTA update but KIES now says "your device does not support software upgrading via Kies". Any ideas why it never said this before.

I was wondering the same thing, did Big Red block the Kies upgrade option somehow?

And now the ability to check for updates is displaying Service Unavailable.

I wouldn't be too concerned about the 'Service Unavailable' message - that's a standard behaviour when there isn't an update available.
