Kies Problem

I've downloaded Kies 2.1.0.11112_41 and it says Kies has an update and does not show any update for ICS. I go through the Kies 2.3.2.12054_20 update but it never updates. It's done the same thing on two different computers. Any thoughts?

Tmobile sent me a link to download a different version of Kies...all is well.
