Kies working on the VZW LTE Tab?

Has anyone gotten Kies for Mac to work with the Verizon Tab 10.1? It doesn't seem to recognize mine. It worked fine with my wifi-only Tab 10.1...

No luck with Kies and the VZW LTE tab with Win 7 x64. I downloaded Kies from here:
Support for Galaxy Tab SAMSUNG

I needed the Samsung Tab drivers for Win 7 because when I attached the USB cable it would not properly install. After installing Kies it kept trying to connect to the tab with no luck. I gave up and removed Kies but, fortunately, the drivers remain.

This is why the ipad is so successful. Samsung needs to make it easy with no tinkering, downloading drivers, etc. It takes us geeks to figure it out, but 99% of the population will just give up and return it. Imagine how much higher sales would be if Samsung nailed this.
