Kies3 and Package Disabler Pro: are there any apps disabled that shouldn't be?

Kies3 and Package Disabler Pro.

I installed Package Disabler Pro on my Galaxy s4.
I run the "disable bloatware apps" function.
Eversince Kies3 cannot back up "Applications"
Question: Is there any app disabled that should not be?

Did you gain any memory after disabling these apps? I am wondering if they were disabled or removed? They are probably still there but just invisible!
I would contact the writer of the disabling software for answers. Possibly a full reset would restore the apps and restore your phone to full working order.
