Kies_2.5.0.12094_28_8 Unable to Perform Backups Help or Suggestions

Ever since the last 2 Kies updates i haven't been able to backup with the program.
I even tried doing a factory reset and installing my apps again from scratch. It still doesn't work. it creates a TEMP folder but never gets past the preparing screen.

I've searched but can't find any mention here, or through other resources of the same issue. I also haven't been able to find a link for Samsung Support for Kies.

Can anyone provide some answers or point me in the right direction to find an answer or some support.
