Killed my EVO after one week

Just washed my EVO after having it for exactly one week Cost me $100 to get a replacement! Anyone know if the replacement will have a new battery and SD card with it?

The replacement using has everything the phone game with and they usually let you keep the accessories to the damaged one.

If it is a refurb it will have a battery (likely an HTC HD2 one) but no SD card. If it is new it will have everything in the box just like you bought it, however it is very very very rare to get a new device from assurion.

Test your SD card, it is not uncommon for them to take a swim and still be fully functional.

Very true. Leave it in some rice overnight or just make sure that it's completely dry before trying to access it but water shouldn't hurt it due to no active electrical current and no moving parts. You might get lucky.

i dropped my evo in the toilet the first day it came out in buffalo NY. i got it and ten hours later it fell out of my pocket and right into the toilet... i feel your pain.. on the first day of getting the most sought after phone i ruined it. had to wait a full week after having my mind blown and paying another 100 dollars ten hours after i spent 400 dollars CANT BELIVE insurion even could get me a brand new on in one week!
