KitKat 4.4.2 Update from Rogers

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. Received the update just over a week ago. I didn't get any of the new updates though. I don't have the camera on the locked screen; artwork on the screen or others. How do I get them. Shouldn't they have downloaded with the update. Sorry, I'm technically challenged. I just let the phone do the update and had no problems. Now I read about all these new changes and have watched You Tube videos and not any are on my phone. Advice please?

It should all now be possible, but you have to set it up through the lockscreen settings...
