1. Hangouts needs to be baked into the Dialer and SMS app in the same way Facetime and iMessages is with IOS. Nobody uses Google Hangouts because nobody knows how it works.
2. Encrypted Data backup to Google Drive or Some other cloud option. You should not have to lose app data because you switch phones. And don't tell me about rooting and titanium. I do that, but I shouldn't have to choose between my warranty and backups.
3. Airplay-like protocol. DLNA is mess, proprietary solutions are... Proprietary solutions. People should be able to universally stream content. I know this is beyond the scope of the OS, but this is a problem for the Android platform. I have to root my phone and use backdoor airplay software with speakers to stream music via wifi. T Don't tell me about Bluetooth because it has no range or multi zone support.
