KitKat can't download?

I went into the about and click checked for updates and it said I had the ota update so it started downloading and stopped. Not everytime I go in there I can click a retry download button but nothing happens and the message says can't download update. I tried rebooting an clearing app cache but it didn't help. Any ideas?

It could be that the servers are currently overloaded, or having other problems. Wait a day and try again.

do you have enough available memory? is your battery charged? probably stupid questions, but sometimes worth asking the obvious

Tried 3 times and still nothing. Error at authentication level. Google has been helpful. But waiting for next ota to be sent out
