Kitkat sync nexus 4?

I just got the nexus 4 ota!

However whenever i try to manually sync( (In settings) by hitting the dots at the top of the screen... it always says "cancel sync". (even when its not syncing). (It syncs fine... however i cant sync manually)

Anybody else have this issue?
