Kk launcher someone help me out here.

Why can't I drag and drop a program unto another program and make a folder? When I drag one program to another the other program just moves out the way. I did this on ios all the time.

I have a s4 and I'm using a launcher called kk launcher.

Please advise if kk launcher sucks tell me what's better Nova or apex?

I'm using Nova launcher and I can drag and drop apps onto others to create folders
