Knob/dial comes out very easily

I just got my LG Watch Style this afternoon, and I'm alarmed to see that the knob/dial does not appear to be strongly attached to the device. It wobbles side-to-side as I operate it, and can be pulled out pretty easily. That said, it seems to function correctly, and I don't think a casual brush of say a coat sleeve would pull it out--you do need to pull, if lightly, straight along the axis of its (clearly not broken or damaged) shaft.

Is this the designed behavior? Are others' watches also like this? I'd be annoyed to do an RMA and get back effectively the exact same thing, but two weeks later.

My wife has had a style since they came out, no issues with the stem knob like what you are seeing. You should exchange it. BYW, my wife is overall happy with the style.

Anybody or any place local to you, that you could take it to and have them look at it and see if it is just a defective watch? Maybe call LG or the retailer where you purchased it and talk with them about it? I can't imagine it taking but just a couple days to get a replacement, especially if yours is defective.
