Kobo Vox

I have a Kobo Vox ( Android OS ) and there's a problem. When I turn on the device there is a continous flashing green light. I tried a basic reset and the factory reset won't work. I believe the problem is with the bootsector/bootload image. I just want to continue reading my books. Can anyone help me?
