Just received my kraken case from trident. If you are looking for a max protection case with a built in screen cover, this is the one! Was looking at otterbox's defender, but heard the outer silicone would move a bit. I am a huge fan of otterbox as I am a fishing guide on a small saltwater boat and their dry boxes are a must. However, this kraken case is the best phone case I have seen. By far the best looking case with this level of protection, but the fact that the silicone wrap is under the hard shell is nice, and it comes through the hard outer shell in strategic places for grip and corner protection. It is less bulky than I expected, but I am not as concerned with bulk as most people on this forum seem to be. It is hard to notice if it is any larger than the body glove shell I had on it prior, although that is big as far as shells go. Case fits very snug as well, I will update this post after I have had it longer, first day with it right now.

I looked at the site and it looks really good. What does the holster look like since I could not find a picture on the site?

I use the X trident when I fish and hike, love that tank. I don't use it at home or in the city, to bulky.

Clip is basic, does rotate and looks durable, phone stays in ok but seems like it could come out, I'm not a belt person I carry in the pocket so not sure. Can't remember my Photobucket pass/username or I would post pics...

How is the case and do you have any pictures. I am really thinking about getting this case instead of the otterbox. Any updates would be great and helpful. Thanks.

Loving this case. Firm and nothing about the case moves out of place at any time. I have pics but can't remember my Photobucket username etc. I will try to figure that out now so I can post photos. I highly recommend this case, had it for a while now and my opinion has not changed since I bought it. I don't use the belt clip though so not sure about that. Decent pics at tridentcase.com
