Hi I am a happy owner of ECHO . Unfortunately, I have a few questions about this device. I use my echo with sprint, no other carrier has it. Sprint does not use sim cards.

No keyboard and mouse support that I know of.

You might be able to find a language pack on the echo site, not sure. I only have english and spanish on mine.
