Does anyone have one? It's a very good mid range phone. Water proof up to 3 feet of water for thrity minutes. Don't have to worry about dropping it as it comes in a encasement similar to an otterbox. I wanted to see the opions of those who had it.

If my Note 2 breaks I might buy a torque because I've had military spec phones in the past and loved them never had a problem as far as dropping them or getting them wet. I hope one comes up on Craig's list for roughly $100 to $125 I might get one
