The lack of big named apps that can function well on the android wear watches is strange. Apples watch seems to me to have the better big named apps that have better interaction capabilities on the watch. I havent got much knowledge on this topic but I wonder if any of you could tell me why?

Thanks

What use cases are you referring to?

Like for example the EBay app on apple watch enables you to bid on products from your watch. The Starbucks app as well and some banks have apps for the watch but only for the apple watch

Some Android Wear integration with big name apps is starting to happen (Pandora radio and PayPal are the first to come to mind). However, it is slow going at the moment and, I would also point out, that it is still very early days for wearables / smartwatches in general.

As to why more "big name" apps at least appear to be going towards the Apple watch first, I could only speculate.

Keep watching I'd say... The good stuff is only just beginning 😁 .
