Lag - It's still there

I'm not talking about app performance as it is plenty quick but more that general OS navigation e.g. app switcher or moving around the settings does still lag, app switcher especially still has that trademark LG delay.

Clearly not a hardware issue but it detracts from the overall impression of the device and does bug me.

Wondering if LG will ever improve their software? It has been like this since the G6 for me.

Trademark LG delay? G6 came out last year. you're making it sound like it's been that way for years. maybe it's a specific app you downloaded that's slowing down your phone. I've never had an issue with the app switcher. The only thing that irks me is that when I pull my phone out of my pocket, 7/10 times the camera app opens.

Other than your slowdowns, how do you like it over the G6?

The G6 was my first LG phone but I also had the V30. Liking the G7 otherwise.

Have see these on the G6 and V30 too exactly the same and have not experienced it on any other android phone. It's a little thing but it does bug me.
