Does anyone else have a lag on their Internet app? Whenever I tap something, it lags a little before following suit.

That might be an issue strictly with the browser still fetching data while you are asking it to do something else. Are you using the stock internet app? If so, consider a third-party app, such as Chrome, Dolphin, Opera, etc. and see if the problem persists. These apps tend to fetch/display data a lot quicker and reducing or eliminating the lag altogether.
